Like many arts organisations, we face the ongoing challenge of trying to balance our mission of increasing access to classical music, inspiring the next generation of music lovers through our education work, and supporting vulnerable members of our community – all whilst also ensuring that our work is financially sustainable.
The income we receive from ticket sales only accounts for 20% of the total funds we need to operate and, as we don’t receive any guaranteed funding, the donations we receive are absolutely vital to ensuring our survival.
