Exploring Mozart’s Relationship with the Haydn Brothers

Happy Birthday Beethoven!

beethoven-bday3

Yesterday at St John’s Smith Square the LMP & Howard Shelley celebrated the anniversary of Beethoven’s birthday with a lunchtime concert exploring his 3rd piano concerto. This performance marked the third concert in the Beethoven Explored series and was the LMP’s final concert of 2015.

Guests were all invited to join in the festivities and enjoy a beautiful cake baked by co-principal cellist Julia Desbruslais after the concert.

Thanks to everyone who joined us for the concert and helped with the eating of cake! Looking forward to seeing you all again in the New Year for the remaining concerts in the Mozart & Beethoven Explored series.
